CodeSpark Tech is a software product company based in the Netherlands. We come from environments where milliseconds and correctness decide outcomes — high-frequency trading, medical imaging, secure infrastructure — and we build AI products that operate where failure is expensive.
We ship and operate our own software: CQAP triages radiology studies for the US teleradiology market, Speakeasy transcribes clinical conversations on-premise, SecureScript lets a CISO enforce security policy across an organization, and Prova quantifies and reduces human risk.
Everything is built to run in regulated, high-stakes operations: compliance-by-design, real-time, audit-ready — and supported by the engineers who built it.
